Q. What time is check in?
A. Check in is 4:00 PM.
Q. What time is check out?
A. Check out is 10:00 AM.
Q. What is the payment policy?
A. In order to confirm a booking at our property, you will be asked to pay 30% of the total nightly rate, taxes and any additional fees. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to your check-in date. We will send a payment reminder email 5 days prior to the balance due date. For reservations made within 60 days of your check-in date, payment will be collected in full at the time of booking.
Q. What is the cancelation policy?
A. You may cancel your booking at anytime, however, all amounts paid are non-refundable.
Q. Can I bring pets?
A. Dogs are allowed with management approval and $150 fee. Please email LodgeOnSuttonsBay@gmail.com for more information.
Q. Do we provide beach towels?
A. No, we provide bath towels but not beach towels.
